Tonight we went out to dinner with our friends Mike and Breanne! We had such a good time (I think we were there for 2 1/2 hours - mostly thanks to the slow waiter...but we had so much fun we didn't notice much)! The kids got along so well and had a ton of fun together. Of course Bradley had to flirt with London and talk about her all the way home! We told Mike and Breanne to watch out..... Thanks guys!
Cole has met so many new friends at his school and he just loves it! He has a play date with his friend Cooper each week- and of course Bradley loves it when he comes over too. They are always so silly and have so much fun together!
Bradley often gets up before Cole! This morning he wanted to make Cole some pancakes for breakfast. So as we were making them he finally got out of bed and joined us!
Then we got ready for church. I took this picture of the boys and they gave me these faces...not sure what was going on....
Tonight we took the boys to the annual neighborhood Trunk or Treating! They had a blast. All of their friends were there and they walked around the parking lot and got lots of good candy. Since Bradley does not like candy all that much he thought this was very silly. But he did have fun with his friends. We then went to the church for the Halloween party- they had face painting, games, food ,etc! What a fun night!
Cole and Bradley are so excited for Halloween! They have been wanting to play in their Batman (Cole) and Ninja Turtle (Bradley) costumes every day since we got them. I came downstairs and they were both playing with ALL of their toys in the middle of the family room and had taken all of the cushions off of my couches! Just sitting there in their costumes playing...I thought it was the cutest thing-I had to take a picture! This is when having two boys close together is such a blessing- they really do play well together and have lots of fun!
Cole had his last soccer game! He has loved every minute of playing soccer with his friends! We had a great team and a great coach!!! He is already looking forward to it next year..and Bradley is hoping he will get to play too!
10. A wonderful trip to Huntington Beach with my cute husband and two boys! We had so much fun- one of our best trips ever.
9. A fantastic 33rd Birthday spent in L.A! Loved every minute of it.
8. Cole started his FIRST day of Kindergarten and is having a blast and knows how to read, spell, do math, etc we are thrilled.
7. Bradley went into his 2nd year of pre-school and made lots of new friends and enjoys going- in fact even begs to go- wishes he could go every day!
6. Had a great family party with my cousins on my dad's side who we haven't seen in over a year- it was so much fun and great to see everyone!
5. Cole started playing soccer and has made two goals at two different games. He was so excited and I love seeing him enjoy soccer and his friends on the team so much!
4. Completed a successful Peak Performer weekend for my work! It was SO much work, but it turned out great and to have it completed is a great feeling!
3. Had a great weekend at Swiss Days and hope to make it an annual girls trip! Everyone invited! How fun!
2. Fall has arrived- I love fall!
1. After years of deliberating and months of trying- I am 10 weeks pregnant and we are expecting a baby the first of MAY! After having two boys so close together we are excited to have another one...alone...boy or girl...and Cole and Bradley are ecstatic!
I asked the boys if I could take their picture and while I am doing that they put up the peace sign. How do they know about this stuff? At least it was the peace sign...for that I am grateful!
Cole and Bradley got to play with their 2nd cousins tonight! They had so much fun with Connor and Parker! Having a house full of 4 boys for 2 hours is quite something! I really don't know how people with 4 boys all the time do it! However, it is fun and boys just have so much energy and imagination! I cherish having two boys of my own so much-after growing up with 3 brothers and no sisters and now having two boys of my own- I finally appreciate how amazing they are!
My sister-in-law sent this to me the other day. I had my first child (Cole) and she had her second child (Macy) 24 hours apart. This is a picture of them around 5 months old I believe (June 2003). As you can see Macy was a much better eater than Cole! I can't believe it has been over 5 years since this picture was taken- how time flies!
