Monday was the first day of school! The boys were excited to get back and see who was in their new class (they both took summer school). Cole is now in Kindergarten and has to wear a uniform. I was a little worried that he wouldn't like it- but he does- and as you can see from the bottom picture (taken on the 3rd day of school) he thinks he is pretty hot stuff! I am glad they are enjoying school and like learning! May this be a good 2008-2009 school year!
This morning we got up early and packed the car and started on our 10 hour ride home. The kids were all set with their games and movies. The ride went really well and we were home by 8:00! This was a WONDERFUL trip. I love spending every minute with my family- I am so lucky to have them. We laughed a lot and had a great time! Now school starts....wow where did the summer go.....
Today we spent the whole day at the beach! Cole was so BRAVE (which made me very nervous of course)! He LOVED playing the ocean and letting the waves carry him back to the beach. Bradley was much more cautious! They built a sandcastle with their daddy and had a great day. I forgot to put sunscreen under Bradley's one eye so he walked around with a red shiner all night! We had a great time. 
Today was my 33rd Birthday and I was lucky enough to spend it with my 3 favorite guys! We drove to L.A so I could shop and had lunch at the Ivy! The traffice was TERRIBLE! Once we got back to the hotel we got to relax next to the pool (and the kids in the pool) while we watched Happy Feet! It was a terrific day! Thank you Dennis, Cole, and Bradley...and to all of those wonderful friends and family who called me, e-mailed me, and texted me...it made my day so special! Thank you!
Today we had to get the kids out of bed (and stop playing their DS) so we could go to Sea World! They had a blast- they saw Shamu, Sharks, Polar Bears, went on a few rides and loved every minute of it!
Today we arrived at our hotel in California! We went right to the beach and the boys had a blast! We ended up going to Fashion Island for dinner and a ride on the carousel. 
We had so much fun this weekend. We started out Friday night going to Dennis' work party in Park City. Cole and Bradley hung out with their cousin Sam and then met a new friend Amonte! We decided to stay up in Park City for the weekend and we sat in the hot tub, went swimming, drove the 4-wheelers, and had our good friends John, Brooke, Abbey, and Jackson over for a BBQ! We had so much fun with them- we roasted marshmallows for dessert and I am pretty sure Cole had WAY too many! We had a great weekend!
I just wanted to share this little story....Cole went to bed at 8:00 last night and of course Bradley stayed up much later hanging out with his daddy. I put Bradley to bed and when Dennis came to bed an hour later I asked him to go check on Bradley. He came back and told me to come look at them. I asked him why...he said that Bradley had crawled into Cole's TWIN bed and they were both sleeping together. They share a room- and they love it- they could have their own room but they wanted to share...we didn't realize how much they wanted to share! ennis moved Bradley over so Cole could have more space....it was so cute. I know they won't always be like this, but I am enjoying every minute of it right now! I am KICKING myself for not taking a picture!
Cole and Bradley had their friends Annika, Joshua, and Andy over today to play. They had so much fun! They are moving to California soon so it was nice to spend some time with them! We will be sad when they leave!
Cole and Bradley get to play with Jackson ad Abbey today! They are having a blast. Kids have so much imagination...they can make a boring closet into something magical! Thanks Jackson ad Abbey!
